Currently, our office is open for clients to drop off and/or notarize documents, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All consults are being scheduled as telephone consultations until further notice. At this time the courts are closed except in limited cases (i.e. emergency protective orders, emergency custody matters, bail hearings).
For information relating to the Chief Justice’s declaration of judicial emergency, please contact the office.
Cases scheduled through Friday, April 3 will be continued, and our law firm will contact each client with specifics for their case.
During these volatile times, we encourage the practice of social distancing. Please keep your loved ones as your #1 priority as we find our “new normal” during these troubled times.
UPDATE: The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) has set out guidelines for co-parenting during COVID-19. Aloupas Law encourages parents to follow these guidelines and comply with their current custody/parenting order as if school were still in session. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
